Winter break just past by. Last week was filled with memories that will last a life time.

This winter break wasn't as boring as it was in recent years. Not only did I have 5 days off, But I was able to spend it with loved ones.

I spent the night at my Spiritual Mother's house on Tuesday. We had chocolate candies and drink sweet tea. Staying up soo late, talking about the past, as well as the future.

A friend once told me "You don't know where your going unless you know where you came from." That's exactly what I have been up to, learning about the past and learning about the days I miss understood what was going on.

Hanging with my Spiritual mother Therese has really opened up my eyes.

Not only do we all come from different back rounds but we don't always have to be exactly like those around us or those in our past.

We can write our own story. A story that no one has written before.

Growing up I enjoyed watching Cinderella, Pocahontas and The Little Mermaid. All three of these movies talk about woman achieving the impossible. These three woman wrote their own story and their own rules. Never giving up when times got rough. I hope to join the list of woman in history that have done just that. Never going by a basic set of steps.

In the future I hope to not only find my prince charming, but I will get there by just being myself. By not holding back my beliefs.

If you really think about it why hold back and hide the person inside? They are bound to break out someday, So why not today. Enjoy the life you are given and when people say its impossible, prove them wrong. Share your story. Listen to your heart every step of the way. Don't ever give up.

To find a someone that understand and respects who we are is one of the best feeling in the world.

Why do I call myself Brown eyed girl?

Yes I have brown eyes, But that's not the whole story. Amongst all the girl cousins in my family, I am the only girl with Brown eyes. Its quite the honor really.
Plus my Dad calls me that "His Brown eye girl"
Did you know theirs a song about it?
My Dad likes to play that song (Brown eyed girl), no arguing with that song change.
You can say I am more of a Daddy's girl, not just because I hang out with him the most, But because he has given me these amazing brown eyes. I couldn't have asked for a better gene.
Many people have told me they like my eyes because they hold mystery, beauty and so much more. I believe eyes can tell a story of their own if you look close enough. No voice, no smile, no body movement is needed. Can you see whats missing?
I see, speak, listen and I am myself with these brown eyes. That's why I call myself the brown eye girl. They can say soo much. I hope to show people that story.

Brown eyed girl :D

Growing up in the city has always been a challenge. Day by day I wake up and go through the daily motions. The goals I have are never ending. When faced with a challenge, I take it head on. Even when all odds are against me. I believe in the power of God.

One of my goals is to become a model. Ever since I was a little girl taking pictures and showing them to people has been like a hobby. I understand the modeling business can be difficult, I hope to cross the line between the life I am living now, into the modeling world. I have been to modeling school. I practice my walking and posing almost every night.

Another thing I am passionate about is Media. I am currently taking media classes at school. Which I love. Putting together photos, video clips and music; to create a story is really fun. I am learning every step of the way. Its a journey worth taking.

I have never had a diary. I once tried keeping up with one, But that wasn't fun. I don't mind if people know how I feel or what I am doing. Is that odd?

May this post be the 1st of many to come. I hope to update this blog daily. No more procrastinating. lol
