Unattainable, Indescribable, Irresistible
I'm on a mission
To find a man
That is completely perfect
Well I'm not saying he has to hit every thing on my check list
But he needs to be as real as can be
I might be young
I might be wrong
And it might take long
But then again,
Isn’t that life?
I want the all American guy
The guy with an education
And who enjoys watching football
(Once in a while lol)
The guy that loves his mother
And spends time with his father
I want a guy who is full of life
Full of jokes
Full of action
Full of a lot less procrastination
A guy who is filled with romance
Makes each moment last forever
Just like in “The Notebook”
A guy who will stop me in the rain
Stare into my eyes
And give me a kiss
Like it’s our first time
Men can act tough all they want
But in the end
They are just like us
They can cry
They can whine
They can be feminine
And be a little insecure
I want a guy that can party
Be laid back
A good round-hearted man
And still at the end of all that
Be someone I never expected to meat
Am I asking too much?
I want a guy that can cook
And turn anything into something amazing
Just like my dad could with the weeks leftovers
A guy that will face the horrible vacuum cleaner with all his might
And never allow me to go down to the big scary basement by myself
He can mow the lawn all summer long
While I shovel the drive way all winter long
I want a guy who is good from within
Don’t do something if you know it’s wrong
Never hold anything back
Because I will find out
To find a guy I can talk to
Would be amazing
I love to talk
I like to listen
Lets do that
A guy with confidence
Surpasses everything on my list
Just don’t get too cocky
Most of all
I want a Godly man
He is filled with adventure
He loves others as much as himself
He stays strong and doesn’t go with the wrong
A guy that loves God
He is guy who loves me
In the most strangest but rightist of all ways
It’s OK to be different
It’s OK to wait
In the end
Life is beautiful
Seeing beyond the unknown
Is tough
But it can be done
Life is full of surprises
Full of chapters
Full of amazing mistakes to capture
In the end
No one is perfect
It’s all about getting there
And the experiences from within
Our final destination
Might not actual be our final accomplishment
It might just be the last page
Before the new chapter
In the end
People will talk about our lives
Lets make it a good review
We are given one chance to make a life
Lets make it right
Just look around
We didn’t get here by ourselves
Love does exist
See the possibilities our Lord has given us
If this isn’t love
Then what is?
So the next time you feel like life is passing by
And there is not another person out there for you
Just remember what God has done
He wouldn’t want us to be anything but happy
So why would he play around with our hearts?
The most fragile part of our body (or well-being [still deciding])
We all have a true love
One that is searching for us
We might love other partners along the way
They might walk out on us
And we might walk out on them
But we should be thankful for those moments
These are the moments that are leading us to that one special person
So don’t give up
Be strong in the lord
And never give up hope
Understand what you want
Have an idea about what you don’t like
It’s very important
Even if every thing on your checklist isn’t hit
Just make sure the important things are
Don’t settle for less then you deserve
